What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We focus on mini-split, AC condenser and heat-pump cleaning for homes and commercial customers. Annual deep cleanings (taking apart the unit) and seasonal light cleanings are recommended.
Why do I need a deep cleaning?
Health, efficiency and longevity!
You'd be stunned by the mold, dirt dust, and mildew that comes out of interior units. All that gunk is blowing into people's lungs while wasting money on higher electric bills!
Outdoor units need to be deep cleaned to keep the coils and fins clean. Dirty outdoor units drastically cut efficiency, hurts cooling capacity and shortens the lifespan of the unit.
How do you determine your pricing?
We have simple flat-rate pricing.
$199 for Mini-split System (one indoor head and one outdoor condenser) Additional indoor units or outdoor units are $99 each.
$129 for an outdoor AC Condenser.
(We reserve the right to refuse cleaning any unit due to safety concerns)
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
It's entirely up to you! Many of our clients choose to be out during cleaning sessions for convenience, but we can also accommodate those who prefer to be home while our team works.

We have a rigorous quality control process in place. Our staff is trained thoroughly and committed to delivering high standards. We also encourage client feedback to continually improve our services. We will also take photos or video of the process to ensure satisfaction.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not pleased with the service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will send a team back to address the issue at no additional cost.
